Updating Your Trusted Sites Settings in Internet Explorer

*Please Note: Hearsay will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) starting September 1, 2021.  This means that starting September 1, customers may have a degraded experience or may be unable to connect to and/or use Hearsay's services via IE 11. Hearsay strongly recommends using the most recent version of any other browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox. For a full list of supported web browsers and devices, please click here.

If you are using Internet Explorer and you are seeing a blank screen or a "Sign In, Get Social" window when attempting to connect your social accounts to Hearsay, this is a red flag that your internet browser's trusted sites settings must be updated.

To fix:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Tools button (depending on your version of Internet Explorer this may be a gear icon)
  3. Click Internet options
  4. Click the Security tab
  5. Click Trusted sites
  6. Click the Sites button

Please add the following URLs (verbatim and individually) to your trusted sites queue. Once you are done adding these, please reattempt to connect your social accounts to Hearsay.

https://*.hearsaysocial.com

https://*.linkedin.com

https://*.facebook.com

https://*.twitter.com

https://*.google.com

https://*.zendesk.com
