Hearsay Content Campaigns

Hearsay’s Content Campaigns assist marketing admins in providing additional content available via their suggested content library and social campaigns. Content is hand selected by Hearsay, and new content will be added weekly with predetermined publish dates and times. Each campaign is focused on a specific topic, such as Technology Trends, Healthy Living, Millennials & Money and more.

And Hearsay recognizes that some organizations may prefer to pre-screen the campaign content before it’s available for their end-users, or, may wish to modify, or suggest this curated Hearsay content directly into their content library instead of a campaign. Watch this video for an overview of campaign options for organizations interested in this feature or scroll further down for a detailed description of each campaign type.

Campaign Options in Hearsay

  • Live Options: Live options enable Hearsay to add content for your organization that your end-users will have access to, without requiring admin review. The live options you can choose from are: Campaign & Library, Campaign-Only, and Library Only.
      • Campaign & Library
        • Hearsay will create Campaigns for your organization, adding new content weekly. Content, added into the campaign, will also be visible within your end-user’s content library, allowing them to publish Hearsay content ahead of the campaign’s publish date. And don’t worry, if the end-user is subscribed to the campaign, but publishes the post from their library ahead of the campaign’s publish date, Hearsay will recognize this and prevent the post from being shared twice.
      • Campaign-Only
        • Hearsay will create Campaigns for your organization, adding new content weekly. This content will only be available for end-users who subscribe to the campaign, as choosing this option ensures that curated content is not visible in your end-user’s library.
      • Library-Only
        • Hearsay will create content for your organization, adding new content weekly. This content will only be available for end-users who choose to publish it from their content-library and will not be added into a campaign.
  • Draft Options: Draft options enable admins to review content before it is made available for their end-users. This means that admins will need to manually update the content’s status from Draft to Live and assign the newly suggested content to a designated campaign. The draft options you can choose from are:
    • Campaign & Library
      • Hearsay will create Campaigns for your organization and will add new content weekly. However, once the content has been approved, admins will be responsible for changing the content’s label from Draft to Live, and then manually adding it into their campaign or suggested content library.
