Publishing Content from Your Hearsay Sites Library

To post content to your website, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to Hearsay and click Post Library from the Web Media section. (Note: You can also access same Post Library button from the Social Media section, however the content is not filtered for Sites content).

2. You can sort content by Most Recent, Most Engagement, and Most Popular by clicking on the "Sort by" dropdown in right corner.

You can also type a keyword in the Search posts bar to filter content by keyword. Additionally, click on the Filters button to filter the Post Library by:

  • Channel
  • Type
  • Modification
  • Creator
  • Tag

3. Once you've located a post you would like to share to your site, simply click on a post and the publisher tool window will open. Depending on your organization's social media policy, the post message that accompanies the selected content can be updated. Additionally, links can be removed from the caption (recommended).

If needed and your organization allows, you can click on the pencil icon to edit the following:

  • The thumbnail image
  • The content header
  • The content subheader

4. On the Accounts tab, your Hearsay Site will already be selected.  If allowed by your organization, you can select your social media accounts in addition to your website.

5. On the Post Time tab, select Now to publish the post instantaneously or click Select Publish Time to select a future publish date and time. (Note: You can checkmark the Suggested Times feature to post at the suggested times for your social networks and website. This will vary by user).

6. Once complete, select Publish to publish instantly or Schedule to publish on your selected date. If required by your organization, you will see the Request Approval button. You can also click on the arrow next to the Publish/Schedule button to locate the Request Approval button. This will route the post to your compliance team for review. Once approved, the post will be published on your selected date and time.

You can click on the Scheduled tab to view your scheduled posts.
