You can hide or mark conversations as Spam to remove it from view indefinitely or until a new text is received. This helps with keeping your Conversations tab organized.
- Hide: Your conversation will be removed from the Conversations tab, and will only reappear once a new text message is received.
- Spam: Your conversation will be removed from the Conversations tab, and will not reappear, even after a new text message is received
Hiding or Marking a Conversation as Spam
Swipe left on a specific conversation and choose Hide or Spam.
Restoring Hidden and Spam Messages
1. Tap the Filter button option in the top left-hand side of your Conversations tab and choose either Hidden Conversations or Spam to view those conversations.
2. Swipe left on an affected conversation, and choose Restore. If needed, select Clear Filter to remove the selected filter.
