You can publish and schedule content directly from the Hearsay Mobile app. This can come in handy for those moments of downtime such as commuting via public transit or when in line at the coffee shop. You can stay top-of-mind knowing that your social accounts are curated with daily content articles and information.
Publishing Content in the Hearsay Mobile App
1. Browse the Post Library section in the mobile app for content. Once you've located a post you would like to share with your network/s, tap Review and Publish on the post. If your organization allows, you can modify the post copy by tapping within the text box and typing your own caption.
Tip: Remove any URLs/link addresses from the post copy.
2. Tap on the arrow next to Accounts. Select the accounts that you would like to publish content to by switching the toggles to the right. Then tap Save.
3. You can choose to publish the post instantly by tapping Publish Post in the to right corner or tap on the arrow next to Post Time to select a custom day and time to schedule the post. Once you've selected day and time, tap Save.
4. If you scheduled the post for a later date, tap Schedule Post in the top right corner.
