Creating a Generative AI Post by Entering Key Words and Phrases

Generative AI is a feature of Hearsay Social that allows users to generate social media post descriptions using Artificial Intelligence. There are two methods for generating a post description using Generative AI: enter key words and phrases or write a prompt. If enabled for your organization, you can enter key words and phrases to create a Generative AI post.

 

Enter Key Words and Phrases to Create a Generative AI Post:

1. From the Post Library, select New Post with AI.

2. In the Enter Key Words and and Phrases section, select Use This Method.

3. Select the tone of voice and length of post.

  • Tone of voice: Casual, Neutral, Professional
  • Length of post: Short (1-3 sentences), Medium (3-5 sentences), Long (more than 5 sentences/article-length)

4. In the Words and phrases section, you can expand the Suggested words and phrases bar by clicking on the downward-facing arrow. These are words and phrases Hearsay has identified based on recent popular posts among peers at your organization.Click on the words or phrases you want to include in the post as needed.

5. You can also add your own word or phrase in the text box below the AI-generated words and phrases and click Add.

6. Click Generate a Post Description. You can click Generate a New Version and the system will generate up to three versions of a post description with the same set of parameters. Click Previous Version or Next Version to view each of the AI-generated descriptions. You will also have the option to edit the post on the Review and Publish page, if needed.

Note: If the AI-generated descriptions do not match what you are looking for, you can scroll back to the top and edit the tone, length, and/or words and phrases and click Generate a Post Description again to start over.

7. When you are satisfied with your description, click Next.

 

8. On the Review and Publish page, make the desired edits to the text and add any links, images, or videos (if allowed).

9. In the Accounts section, select which social account(s) to publish the post to.

10. In the Post Time section, choose to publish the post instantaneously or select a future date and time.

11. Select Publish or Schedule. Additionally, if your organization requires prior approval, click Request Approval. The post will be published on the chosen date and time, once approved.
