To view historical data on your Hearsay Mail activity, select Performance > Activity.
Here you will see detailed information on your Hearsay Mail activity, including:
- Email Open Rate: The number of emails that have been opened by unique recipients divided by the number of total emails sent.
- Link Click Rate: The number of emails with a showcase link clicked by unique recipients divided by the number of total emails sent (whether or not those emails contained a showcase link).
- Sent Email: The total number of emails sent.
