Enabling Generative AI

Generative AI is a feature of Social that allows advisors/agents to generate social media post descriptions using artificial intelligence. It can be enabled by region/hierarchy in the platform.

Note: Before enabling Generative AI, you must reach out to Support to sign an AI Beta Agreement and turn the feature on.

To enable Generative AI: 

  1. In the Administrative view, click Settings
  2. Click Organization Settings. If applicable, under Hierarchy, select which region to enable Generative AI for. It is enabled for all regions by default. 
  3. Click the AI tab, and change the Allow Entering Key Words and Phrases and/or the Allow Writing a Prompt with AI settings to Enabled. If you choose to enable one option and disable the other, the disabled option will not appear for users when creating an AI post.
