Generative AI is a feature of Social that allows advisors/agents to generate social media post descriptions using artificial intelligence. It can be enabled by region/hierarchy in the platform.
Note: Before enabling Generative AI, you must reach out to Support to sign an AI Beta Agreement and turn the feature on.
To enable Generative AI:
- In the Administrative view, click Settings.
- Click Organization Settings. If applicable, under Hierarchy, select which region to enable Generative AI for. It is enabled for all regions by default.
- Click the AI tab, and change the Allow Entering Key Words and Phrases and/or the Allow Writing a Prompt with AI settings to Enabled. If you choose to enable one option and disable the other, the disabled option will not appear for users when creating an AI post.
