Yext allows you to set up Approval Queues to manage your compliance review process more effectively. Once you have defined a set of queues that fits your review process, you can assign administrators to their appropriate queues. Admins can manually assign content/infractions to any queue so the designated team is reviewing the correct content/infractions. Additionally, when network events cause a higher than normal volume of alerts, admins can manage this increased workflow by moving these alerts to the respective queue from the Bulk Actions menu.
Follow these steps to create a new queue and assign admins.
1. From the Administration view, click Settings > Queues. Type a new queue name and click Add. Continue to add additional queues according to your organization's workflow.
2. Select the queue (review team) on the left and on the right side of the page, type the name of the admins you would like to add to the queue and click Add. Continue to add additional team members as needed to each respective queue.
Now when a review item is selected from the Supervision Queue, it can be manually assigned to a different queue (review team) by clicking Assign to and selecting the queue from the list

To assign items in bulk, select review items of the same type from the Supervision Queue (Note: review items should be of the same type i.e. post alerts, profile alerts, etc.). Then click the assign icon (person with plus sign) in the actions bar at the bottom and select the queue (review team).
