Managing/Removing Workspace Members

To invite someone to your workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings in the top of the screen and then select Workspace Settings in the dropdown menu.
  2. Under Invite More Workspace Members, enter the individual’s email address. You will choose their preferred language from the drop-down menu and you can include an optional invitation message. 
  3. Click Invite

  4. Your staff will receive an invitation in their inbox and will need to click the Accept Invitation button in order to complete the process and gain access to your Hearsay workspace.

To remove someone to your workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings in the top of the screen and then select Workspace Settings in the dropdown menu.
  2. You will see a list of workspace members under Workspace Members.
  3. To remove someone, click on Remove Member to the right of the person’s name. This removes their ability to access your Hearsay workspace.
