Managing/Removing Workspace Members

To invite someone to your workspace, follow these steps:

  1. In Hearsay Desktop, click your profile picture in the upper right of the screen, then click Workspace Settings. 
  2. In the Members tab, under Invite More Workspace Members, enter the individual’s email address. You will choose their preferred language from the drop-down menu and you can include an optional invitation message. 
  3. Click Invite

  4. Your staff will receive an invitation in their inbox and will need to click the Accept Invitation button in order to complete the process and gain access to your Hearsay workspace.

To remove someone to your workspace, click Remove Member next to their name on the Members tab.
