Enabling and Disabling Profile Compliance Settings

Additional settings on the Networks tab include enabling profile alerts, suggesting changes to profile fields, and inviting workspace members. The grace period and advisor personalization survey settings can also be found in this section.

1. From the Administration view, select Settings > Organization Settings. If needed, select the hierarchy from the dropdown. Then select the Networks tab.

2. Scroll towards the bottom of the Networks tab and select Enabled or Disabled for each setting.

  • Allow Profile Approval from Alerts - Allows compliance admins to approve a profile based on an alert pulled into the Supervision Queue.
  • Allow Admins to Suggest Profile Changes - Allows compliance admins to type and suggest specific text for profile fields that end users submit for approval. End users can choose to accept the changes and copy over the suggested text to their profile fields.
  • Allow workspace owners and members to invite others to the workspace - Allows workspace owners the ability to invite other team members/staff/delegates to help manage their workspace.
  • Grace Period - When a social account (asset) is first linked, it is in a grace period. Once an asset leaves the grace period, it is subject to alerts if social profile changes are made natively(i.e. on the network). Setting the grace period will set the number of days before an alert is triggered.
  • Advisor Personalization Survey - Ask advisors via an Action Card to complete a 4-question survey. Admins should contact their Customer Success Manager to help configure this feature.
