Enable and Configure Brand Style for Generative AI

Brand Style helps users create content that aligns with your organization’s brand guidelines. When a user creates a post using Generative AI, the Brand Style feature automatically adjusts the AI recommendations to comply with your set of guidelines. When creating your guidelines, you can configure how often the following elements appear in AI-generated posts on a scale from strongly discourage (very rarely) to strongly encourage (very frequently):

  • Emojis
  • Custom hashtags
  • Elipses
  • Multiple line breaks

In addition, you can add a global hashtag to apply to all posts, and set the preferred date format that appears in your users’ content.
