Here is how to find/filter for testimonials, see end-user answers to questions about a testimonial, and work with testimonial alerts in Supervision.
Finding testimonials in the Supervision queue
There are two filters available for finding testimonials in Supervision: Review and Prohibited Review. Review finds all testimonials, while Prohibited Review finds only testimonials that have been rejected.
All testimonials
Under Type > Review, the Review filter which shows testimonials that are still pending in Supervision and those that have been resolved by being either automatically hidden (LinkedIn) or responded to (Facebook). If a testimonial is still pending, Compliance must take action on the testimonial for it to appear on the advisor/agent LinkedIn page, or get an Accepted or Rejected Testimonial Language comment added to it.
Rejected testimonials only
Under Review Type > Prohibited Review, the Prohibited Review filter finds only the testimonials that have been automatically rejected by Hearsay because the advisor/agent didn’t respond to the email in time, or the responses they gave in the email violate the organizational rules. These testimonials have already been either hidden on LinkedIn or have had a Rejected Testimonial Language comment added to them.
See advisor/agent responses to testimonial email
If the advisor/agent clicked Provide additional info in the testimonial email and answered the questions about the testimonial, the answers are recorded as a comment under Internal to Team. These comments are archived and can be viewed in the Evidence of Supervision report, in the Internal Comment column.
Resolving testimonial alerts
When a testimonial comes to Supervision as an alert, there are three actions Compliance can take to resolve it.
Accept
Comments on the review with the Accepted Testimonial Language (Facebook) or leaves the recommendation posted with no further action (LinkedIn).
Reject
Comments on the review with the Rejected Testimonial Language (Facebook) or hides the recommendation (LinkedIn).
Reject & Block
Comments on the review with the Rejected Testimonial Language and blocks the user from posting on that page in the future (Facebook only).
