Connecting Your Wealthbox Account to Relate

If your organization uses the Wealthbox integration, you can connect it to Relate to automatically synchronize your contacts and call and messaging activities between the two platforms. When the two platforms are connected, activities, messages, and calls from Relate sync back into Wealthbox and appear as notes on the respective contact pages.

After an admin at your organization has enabled Wealthbox, follow these steps to connect it:

  1. In the top right, click on your profile picture, then select Workspace Settings.
  2. Select the Integrations tab.
  3. Under Wealthbox, click Connect Wealthbox Account.
  4. Log in to your Wealthbox account.
  5. You will be redirected back to Relate’s Integration tab, where you can view the integration status.

After that initial sync the contact sync will run with a 10-minutes frequency. For the activities threading of the activities is not supported currently, so each activity will appear as a separate note on the contact’s page.

To disconnect Relate and Wealthbox accounts, return to the Integrations tab under Workspace Settings and click Disconnect Wealthbox

What will happen if the majority of the contacts in Wealthbox are already imported?

Yext will cross check for duplicate contacts and automatically merge them into one contact in the Yext platform. If a duplicate contact is not caught due to some mismatched info, you can manually merge the contacts together on the Contacts page. 

How fast do activities sync back to Wealthbox?

Most activities appear almost instantly in Wealthbox. In rare cases, it might take up to ten minutes for an activity to appear. 

Can we set a frequency for the activity sync, like it would happen once a day?

Currently the activity sync frequency is not configurable.
