Authenticating with Microsoft
iOS Devices
When you download and install the application, the first screen that appears is the Microsoft sign in page. If you’re already logged in on the Microsoft Authenticator or Company Portal mobile applications, the Hearsay for Intune app will require credentials from either of those applications for handling Microsoft Authentication.
After signing in, you are directed to restart the app to apply app protection policies.
When the app relaunches, your organization applies their own app protection policies. For example, you might need to set up a PIN number.
After setting up protection policies, you are directed to log in to Hearsay Systems with your regular credentials. You might have additional options to login with your organization’s log in providers.
