Admins can customize the suggested content email that is sent to all end users who have subscribed to receive suggested content from their User Settings page. Admins are allowed to customize the Suggested Content Email only on the organizational level. This is due to the fact that a Workspace can belong to multiple hierarchies. Admins can are able to:
- Customize the length of the Suggested Content Email
- Adjust the post categories (e.g. Fresh Content, Most Popular Content, Corporate Highlights, etc) included in the email and their preferred appearance order
- Define the preferred number of posts per categories
- Adjust the sending frequency of the emails
- Revert back to the system default logic of the Suggested Content Email content and sending frequency

How to Customize Suggested Content Email
1. From the Administration view, select Settings > Suggested Content Email. You will see the note: "These emails are automatically generated based on available posts in the Post Library. For this reason, some categories may not be visible if there is not enough content available or the whole email will not be sent out if there are not enough categories filled with posts."
2. In the Number of Categories section, customize the length of the suggested content email based on the minimum and maximum number of categories.
Note: If there is not enough content in the library to meet specifications, then certain categories may not appear in the email. If there is too much content, then certain categories may be left out of the email.
3. In the Email Structure section, adjust what types of categories might appear in the suggested content emails and how many posts they may contain.

- Use the up/down arrows to change the order in which they appear for the end user
- Click on the trash bin to delete the category from the list
- Click Add more categories and select additional categories as needed from the list
Note: The Maximum length of an email is 10 posts from all the categories due to email provider limitations.
4. In the Scheduling section, adjust the frequency of suggested content emails. These settings are interpreted according to the time zone of the email receiver.

- Click Add more days as needed to add additional days for when content will be sent via email and select a time from the dropdown
- Click on the trash bin to delete the day/time
- Click Revert Settings to change settings back to previous selections
- Click Save to save your selections
As with the system default configuration of the Suggested Content Email, the content displayed in the email is unique to the Workspace and is comprised of content that is available in the Workspace's library at the time the email is generated. This means that each email can be different for each Workspace even when the admin is configuring the email content.
The Workspace is able to control the receiving schedule or unsubscribe from the email in their respective User Settings. This setting is always ranking first when compared to the admin-created configuration.
