When adding content into the Suggested Post Library, an administrator can use the tag “pin” on the pieces of content they wish to highlight in the "Highlights" category of the Suggested Post Library and in the Suggested Content email. When the Suggested Content email is sent, Yext will look for pieces of content tagged with "pin" and if they exist, Yext will add them into the email.
While creating a new piece of content or editing an existing piece, you can utilize the Tags section of the composer to select the "pin" from the tag dropdown.
The Suggested Content email can support 2 pieces of pinned content in the email at one time. If there are more than 2 pieces of content with the “pin” tag, then the most recent two items (based on the date of the tag) will be put into the email. Best practice is to pin 2 pieces of content at a time to ensure the content you want to highlight is selected.
When the Suggested Content Email goes out it will show the "pinned" content in the Corporate Highlights section. This content will also be available under the Recommended tab within the end-user Post Library. It will appear in the "Highlights at your organization" section.
Note: The tag "pin" is automatically created for each organization and will only be visible to administrators.
