Accepting New Testimonials

When someone writes a review on your Facebook Business page or recommendation on your LinkedIn Profile/Page, it will show up as a Testimonial in Yext. You will receive an email from Yext asking you to identify the individual who wrote it and you must complete this step within the timeframe given in the email, which is set by your organization.

Note: This only applies if your organization requires you to comply with the SEC's marketing rules on testimonials. If you aren't sure if this applies to you, contact your administrator.

Reviewing Testimonials

1. Check your email and review the email sent from Yext. Select Confirm or Provide Additional Details.

2. If you select Provide additional info, you are taken to this screen to provide the information.

If you don't provide the information on time, the testimonial is disavowed. This mean it will still show up on your social media profile, but will include a disclaimer that it has not been verified.
