Hierarchy and Workspace Manager

Think of Enterprise Hierarchy as how your organization maps itself (tree structure) in Social. How you set up your hierarchy will affect how you target suggested content to specific departments/regions, filter compliance alert reviews, align internal personnel, and analyze social media metrics and data.

As a best practice, we recommend keeping your Hierarchy simple and design as few as possible to ease ongoing maintenance. The design of the Hierarchy should be focused on these four drivers:

  1. Administration: Assign regional administrators
  2. Marketing Content: Target content to specific users
  3. Compliance Monitoring: Set compliance rules for different users
  4. Analytics: Drill down into metrics for specific sub-regions

Please Note:
* A Regional Administrator can only be assigned to ONE Hierarchy, not multiple
** Content will go to ALL USERS within the specified Sub-Regions
