Hearsay supports bulk account (asset) connection for customers who manage a large number of Facebook pages and Instagram Business accounts via Meta Business. This enables faster onboarding and reduces the operational effort and failure modes of connecting assets one by one.
To get started, you must have a business asset group set up in Meta Business Suite. See the Meta documentation for more information.
Before connecting bulk assets, you must enable this feature by contacting Support at support@hearsaycorp.com.
To connect bulk assets, do the following in the Administration view:
1. In the side menu, click Organization, then click the Admin Access Accounts tab.
2. In the Connect drop down, click Connect Facebook.
3. Log in to Facebook using the admin account that manages the business asset group and follow the prompts.
After you have connected the business asset group, all Facebook and Instagram accounts connected to the group are then also connected to Hearsay. The connection runs this in the background and manages the credential lifecycle (including token refresh) to keep bulk connections reliable at scale.
Note: Workspace Names and Facebook Page Names must be identical in order to properly map the accounts. If you need custom page mapping, contact Support for assistance.
