Admins have the ability to disconnect a user’s mobile token, which will terminate the user's ability to log into the Hearsay Social and Hearsay Relate mobile applications.
How to Disconnect Mobile Devices
1. From the Administration view, select Organization > Users.
2. Search for users by Name, Email, or Reference ID. Then click on the user's name.
3. Scroll down to the Devices section and click Disconnect next to the mobile device to be disconnected.
Note: After a device is disconnected, the advisor/agent/planner would have to re-authenticate the device using the web URL link or the PIN authentication method used to validate that the device is theirs (same process with a new device).
