To ensure that you are always up to date with your messages and that you never miss out on an important message from a client or prospect, email notifications for unread text messages can be enabled to be sent to the Workspace Owner.
The email will be sent whenever there is an unread text message for a period of 30-60 minutes. If there are no new unread text messages, additional emails will not be sent. For example, if there is only one text message to an owner and there are no new unread text messages, then there will only be one email.
How to Enable Email Notifications for Unread Messages
1. In Hearsay Desktop, click your profile picture in the upper right of the screen, then click My User Settings.
2. In the Email Subscriptions tab, next to Unread Messages, select On.
