Updating a Workspace Reference ID

Updating a workspace reference ID might be needed for attribution via URL translation, dynamic URLs, and reporting. Additionally, if a user has more than one workspace, manually inputting a reference ID can help with making the mentioned processes run more smoothly. If necessary, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to ensure this feature is enabled.

How to Update a Reference ID

1. From the Administration view In the Admin view, select Organization > Workspaces & Accounts.

2. Locate the workspace using the search box or by finding it in the list, then click on the name of the workspace.

3. Next to Reference ID, click Change.

4. Enter the New Workspace Reference ID and click OK.
