Inviting Your Staff into Your Hearsay Workspace

We all could use some help and assistance in our daily workflow. Because of this, Hearsay makes it easy for workspace owner’s to invite their staff as members to their Hearsay workspace. By inviting and delegating responsibilities to your Workspace Members, you can work together as a unified team to ensure your customers receive the best experience possible.



To invite your staff:

  1. Click Settings at the top of your screen and choose Workspace Settings.
  2. If you’re the workspace owner, navigate to the bottom where it says Invite More Workspace Members. Enter your staff’s email address, choose their preferred language, and include an optional invitation message.
  3. Once finished, click Invite.
  4. Your staff will receive an invitation in their inbox and will need to click the blue Accept Invitation button in order to complete the process. Afterward, they’ll have access to your Hearsay workspace.


Removing a Workspace Member:

Workspace Owners can remove members by clicking Remove Member next to their name on the Workspace Settings page. This specific action can only be taken by a workspace owner.
