Once your contact has responded to a message from your Hearsay Relate business number, Hearsay will provide auto-generated quick replies designed to help you respond quickly and keep the conversation going. With quick replies, users can easily select from three canned responses, generated contextually based on conversations that contain common inquiries related to claims, meetings, policy changes and more.
Using Quick Replies
1. Tap into the conversation with your contact. Towards the bottom of the screen, choose from three automatically-generated messages by tapping on the quick reply that you'd like to send.
2. The selected message will appear in the text field. If desired, tap into the message in the text box to add additional text to your response. Then tap on the right-facing arrow to send the reply.
