Workspaces and Accounts Overview

The Workspaces & Accounts page shows the overall state of connected workspaces and accounts, in addition to each workspace name, account status, and profile status, enabling supervision officers to easily identify workspaces they need to follow up with.

From the Administration view, go to  Organization > Workspaces & Accounts.

  • Workspaces - Shows the total number of workspaces.
    • Connected workspaces have accounts connected.
    • Pre-Connected workspaces indicate an open invite for users that have not finished connecting an account.
  • Accounts - Shows the total number of accounts.
    • Connected accounts are fully functional.
    • Disconnected accounts can be disconnected due to change in credentials or failure to connect initially or the account token has expired and the advisor needs to log in again to ensure his/her profile is reconnected to Yext.
  • The Account Status for each workspace is shown in the table. *Click on the social network or site icon to take you to that user's profile/page.
    • Connected indicates all accounts are fully connected.
    • Partially Connected indicates that there are at least one account in the workspace that is disconnected.
    • Disconnected indicates that all accounts in the workspace are disconnected.
  • The Profile Status for each workspace is shown in the table. This shows the compliance state of the information associated with an account and whether they are approved or not.
    • Approved indicates all accounts profiles are approved.
    • A blank indicates there are either outstanding profile approvals, or no profiles for this account.
