If Voice Calling is enabled for your organization, you can call your contacts via Relate all from the convenience of your computer.
If enabled, you will the Message & Call option in the Conversations section on the left navigation menu. On the Conversations page, you will see the phone icon in the top right corner, indicating you can make phone calls from your desktop.
To make a call:
- Open Yext and click Message & Call from the left navigation bar.
- Navigate to a conversation of a contact you wish to call.
- Click the Phone icon. Yext will ask you to confirm if you wish to make the call. You can disable this feature by check-marking the box next to “Don’t show this again.”
- Click Call.
