How to Resolve a Profile in an "Action Required" State

If your profile label is listed as “Action Required,” this indicates that either:

  • A: You updated your social profile directly on the social network itself and not within Hearsay. This is called a native update, such as visiting LinkedIn.com and updating your profile photo there. This is not advised as this does not allow compliance to review your changes before they are made live. 
  • B: Your approved profile changes could not be done automatically, as Hearsay was unable to update your account on your behalf. This is likely due to a limitation set by the social network.
