How to Resolve a Profile in an "Action Required" State

If your profile label is listed as “Action Required,” this indicates that either:

  • A: You updated your social profile directly on the social network itself and not within Hearsay. This is called a native update, such as visiting and updating your profile photo there. This is not advised as this does not allow compliance to review your changes before they are made live. 
  • B: Your approved profile changes could not be done automatically, as Hearsay was unable to update your account on your behalf. This is likely due to a limitation set by the social network.
