Relate Action Cards in the Hearsay Mobile App

The Home tab will display a set of Recommended Actions prompting the end user to follow up with tasks and enable notifications according to the selected workspace. Actions cards will vary based on the features enabled by your organization. 

 

Voice and Text

  • Direct Message (DM) to Text Action Card - If enabled for your organization, you can use this card to view and respond to direct messages.
  • New Conversations - This will take you to new conversations. If the text remains unread, the card will appear 24 hours after receiving the text.
  • Missed Calls - This will take you to missed calls. If the call is not returned, this card appears 24 hours after missing the call.

  • Landline Provision in Progress - no action needed, you will receive a notification once this is connected.

  • Verify Device Number - this will take you through the verification process to verify your phone number.

Notifications

The following actions card will be displayed to enable notifications. Tapping Allow Notifications will open your phone's settings to turn on notifications from the Hearsay Mobile app.
