Use Admin-Created Message Templates in the Hearsay Mobile app

Relate users can use text message templates from the Hearsay Mobile app on iOS and Android. Text message templates can only be created by admins, however all users can edit the templates from the message composer. Follow these steps to use text message templates on your iOS or Android mobile device:

1. Open the Hearsay Mobile app.
2. In the bottom menu, tap Conversations.
3. Select an existing conversation or tap the New Message button in the bottom right.
4. Tap the + button in the bottom-left of the message composer.
   
5. Select Use a Message Template from the available options.
   
6. Select one of the available message templates and then tap Use Template.
   
7. The selected template will be pasted into the message composer, where the template’s text can be edited and the message can be sent.
   

NOTE: If an admin has not created any message templates, then no options will be made available to users. Text message templates needs to be enabled at the organization-level for it to be available. Admins can learn how to create and manage text message templates here.
