Industry-Specific Personalization for Campaigns in Social

Posting content that is personal and relevant helps advisors increase social engagement. By supporting advisors’ efforts to identify clients and prospects who are interested in specific topics, it helps transform social broadcasts into valuable one-to-one interactions. The User Interests Survey allows marketers to align individual advisors with social campaigns that are relevant to their business and their networks.

How does it work?

The survey can be targeted by hierarchy; survey questions and responses cannot be modified.

Yext will: 

  • Partner with the marketing admin to map a set of survey results to a set of Campaigns.
  • Ask advisors via an Action Card to complete a 4-question survey.
  • Recommend the most relevant Campaigns to connect the advisor to the desired audience after the user submits the survey.
