Accepting a Testimonial After the Deadline

If you don't accept your testimonial by the deadline, it still appears on your social media profile; however, it includes a comment that is has been "disavowed" due to not being verified. If the deadline has passed for you to accept your testimonial, you can still accept it but must first remove the "disavowed" comment and replace it with an acceptance comment.

To accept a testimonial after the deadline:

  1. Under the testimonial, find the comment that says it is not verified or accepted. The comment verbiage varies base on your organization.
  2. Delete the comment. 
  3. Add your own comment with compliance-approved verbiage from your organization. If you don't know the acceptable language to use, contact your administrator.
