Auto-Responding to Texts Sent When Your Office is Closed

Hearsay Relate users can define their working hours and have an automated text message sent on their behalf if a client contacts them outside of those set parameters.

To learn how, simply follow these steps or watch the video below:

  1. To set working hours, log into Hearsay on your computer and click Message & Call from the left navigation bar.
  2. Click Account Settings at the top of your screen and scroll down to Working Hours.
  3. Checkmark the days of the week your business is open.
  4. For each day, designate the time at which your business opens and closes.
  5. Next, checkmark the box that reads “Send outside of working hours auto-reply text.
  6. Click Save Changes.
