Admins can add numbers to the Yext Blocklist API which will block the number at the organization level. This means that no Yext user can text the listed number. If the user attempts to send a text to the blocked number, the number will appear as "available," but the message will not go through. A pop-up alert will appear stating, "This number has opted not to receive text messages."
