Creating and Managing Organization Templates

Message templates allow users to save time when sending the same message to different clients. Only administrators can create Organization Templates, which are then available to all users within an org. Individual users can't create Organization Templates, they can edit admin-created Organization Templates before sending.

Supervision and archiving of message templates follow each organization’s existing compliance settings for one-to-one conversations.

Organization Templates are available in Yext Desktop, the Yext Mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as Embedded Relate for Salesforce.
