Relate Team Directory

The Team Directory enables distribution leaders, branch managers, and Team Leads to more easily communicate with their field team members through an organization-wide contact directory. Team Leads can have their fellow Relate users’ contact details automatically added to their workspace’s business contact directory without the need to manually add each team member. 

When this feature is enabled for a workspace, a list of internal contacts—called the Team Directory—will be created and all internal Relate contacts (workspaces) will be viewable in that list on the Web platform. The contacts will be present in the Contacts Directory on all Relate platforms, but can only be filtered on the Web platform. As additional internal Relate contacts (workspaces) are added to an organization, these contact details will automatically be added to the Team Directory.

Contacts > Filter > Advanced Filters > filter by Internal

Team Directory and Messaging can be enabled at a workspace level by your CSM. Enabling this setting will allow internal org contacts to be imported into your workspace.

Q: Is this feature available on Mobile?

A: The contacts will be available on mobile, however they can’t be filtered for at this time. 

Q: How many users can I include on a broadcast message?

A: At this time, up to 40 users can be included on one broadcast message.
