Relate can integrate with Wealthbox, allowing for seamless synchronization of contacts and call or messaging activities between the two platforms. After synchronization, activities, messages, and calls from Relate will now sync back into Wealthbox and appear as notes on the respective contact pages.

Enabling the Wealthbox Integration
As an admin you can enable the Wealthbox integration for your organization by following these steps in the Yext Administration view:
- On the the side menu, click Settings.
- Under Organization Settings, in the Available Account Types section, toggle Wealthbox to Enabled.
After enabling Wealthbox for your organization, your users can connect their Wealthbox account from their Workspace Settings tab.
The initial sync may take several minutes depending on the number of contacts in the connected Wealthbox account.
Wealthbox contacts must have these 3 mandatory fields populated for the sync to occur:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number with the primary flag
After that initial sync the contact sync will run with a 10-minutes frequency. For the activities threading of the activities is not supported currently, so each activity will appear as a separate note on the contact’s page.
