Filtering the Calendar

You can filter your calendar to display only the posts that are relevant to you in three different ways:

  • Basic post filtering
  • Single posts vs campaign posts
  • Campaign filtering

Basic post filtering

You can filter all posts on your Calendar based on the channel they're being published to, their status, or the post type, similar to how posts are filtered in the Post Library.

To filter all posts, click Filters in the upper right and select which filters to apply.

Single post vs campaign post filtering

Filter posts based on whether or not they are part of a campaign.

To view only campaign posts or only single posts (posts that are not part of a campaign), use the Single Posts and Campaign Posts checkboxes in the upper left.

Campaign filtering

Filter posts belonging to only specific campaigns.

  1. Click Filter Campaigns at the top
  2. In the Visible on Calendar column, select or deselect the campaigns you want to see in the calendar. If you deselect a campaign, you are still subscribed but the posts from that campaign will not appear in the calendar.

  2. Click either Create a New Post or Choose from Post Library
  3. Create your post like normal. The date and time will be pre-filled in the Publisher for you.
