Modifying posts is a way to help personalize the suggested content you share. If a post within your library is labeled with Modification Required , that means your admin wants you to add personalized information in an otherwise unmodifiable post. For example, your admin might add specific details about an that can't otherwise be captured using your profile information.
Example required modification
To add a modification, do the following:
1. In the Suggested Post Library, select a post that requires modification.
- New posts are found in the Recommended tab, in the Personalized section.
- If you have a scheduled post that requires modification, you can see on the My Posts tab, in the Needs Attention section or on your Calendar. If you don't modify the post by the publish date, a Modification Overdue label appears on it. You can either delete the post or modify it and republish it for a later time.
- Posts also appear in your Campaign Subscriptions and can be modified prior to their publish date.
2. Open the post, and click in the yellow highlighted area.
3. In the popup, enter the information requested by your administrator, then click Update.
4. Continue selecting the networks you want to publish to, select a publish time, and finish publishing the post like normal.
When the post appears on your social media page, it will show what you entered seamlessly integrated within the admin-suggested content
