Removing/Rescheduling Individual Campaign Content

Once you subscribe to a campaign, you have the option to remove or reschedule individual campaign content. To do so, simply follow the steps below: 

To remove individual campaign content

1. Log into Hearsay on your desktop, and click Post Library from the left navigation bar. 
2. Select Campaign at the top of your screen.
   
   
3. Locate the piece of content and click it.
4. Next to Schedule, click the downward-facing triangle.
5. Click Unschedule.
   
   

Another way to remove content is to:

1. Click Calendar from the left navigation bar. 
   
   
   
   
2. From there, locate the piece of content and click it.
3. Next to Schedule, click the downward-facing triangle.
4. Click Unschedule.
   
   
   

To reschedule individual campaign content

1. On your desktop, click Post Library from the left navigation bar. 
2. Select Campaign at the top of your screen.
3. Locate the piece of content and click it.
4. In the publisher window, click Post Time.
5. Adjust the publishing day and time. 
6. Onde cone, click Schedule at the bottom right corner. 

Another way to reschedule content is to:

1. Click Calendar from the left navigation bar. 
2. From there, locate the piece of content and click it.
3. In the publisher window, click Post Time.
4. Adjust the publishing day and time. 
5. Onde cone, click Schedule at the bottom right corner. 
   
   

OR

1. Click Calendar from the left navigation bar. 
2. From there, locate the piece of content and click it, and keep the post selected with your mouse. 
3. Then you'll be able to drag from left to right, top to bottom, without needing to open the publisher window.
