Adding Contacts Individually
Users can click on Add Contact to add new contacts when necessary without needing to start a conversation every time. The add a contact, simply follow the instructions below.
1. Click on "Add Contact" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, right below "Schedule a Message." Choose "Add New Contact" to add a single contact.
2. A side drawer will appear. Fill out the required fields First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number. If you'd like, you can fill out the optional fields Preferred Name and Email Address as well. Then click "Add Contact."
