Editing a Contact's Information in Hearsay Relate

Hearsay Relate helps you ensure that your Contacts are up-to-date. To do so, your workspace offers several options to Edit a contact's detail via your desktop or the mobile application.

Edit a Contact's Information on Desktop

1. One of the options available is to Edit a contact's information directly from an open conversation. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:
   • In the Conversation window, click the three dots at the top-right corner of the screen.
     
   • Select Edit Contact.
     
   • The contact drawer will open, and you can adjust your contact's information as needed.
   • When finished, click Save to complete the process.
     
     
     
2. The second option is to modify your contact's details from the Hearsay Contacts page. To Edit your contact's information, please follow these steps:

• • Go to the Contacts page. 
  • Place your mouse on the contact card, and click the Pencil icon.
    
  • The contact drawer will open, and you can modify the information as needed.
  • When finished, click Save.

Edit a Contact's Information on Mobile App

1. The Hearsay Relate mobile application will offer the same options as on the desktop. To Edit a contact from an open conversation, simply follow these steps:
   • Open a Conversation.
   • Click the Information icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
     
   • Click the Pencil icon.
     
   • Correct your contact's details and click Save at the top right corner once done.
     
     
     
2. To Edit a contact's information via the Contacts page of the mobile application: 

• • Go to Contacts.
  • Open a contact's details.
  • Click the Pencil icon at the top right corner of the screen. 
  • Edit the information, and click Save once ready.
