Compliance dashboards provide insights into monitoring and reviewing activities at your organization to help you assess the overall health of your social program. Depending the dashboard you've selected, you will see metrics for the status of posts, alerts, approval requests, profiles, and turnaround times. Reviewing these dashboards regularly along with reports can help you identify action steps to build more efficiencies in your social program and identify areas of improvement. There are two compliance-related dashboards:
Accessing Compliance Dashboards
1. In the Administration view, select Analyze > Dashboards. Then click on your desired Compliance dashboard.
2. On each dashboard, you will have the option to filter by date range and hierarchy, if needed. If you select a filter option, click Filter Report to update the results.
3. You can also download all the data on your dashboard by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the dashboard or just a section of the dashboard by hovering your mouse over the section and clicking the three dots that appear.
4. Optional Click here in the top right corner at the top of the dashboard to view a sample list of all of the fields and their context for the dashboard you've selected. If you are prompted to enter a password, enter the password: HearsayDocs.
Activities Compliance Dashboard
Track post review statuses, activity alerts, publishes and alerts by network and compliance officer.
Profiles Compliance Dashboard
Check and monitor token issues, invitation statuses, statuses of profile reviews, and approval requests across networks and by approver.
