The Breakdown by Workspace Report shows performance metrics for each Workspace in your organization.
Accessing the Breakdown by Workspace Report
1. In the Administration view, select Analyze > Reports. Scroll towards the bottom and from the Performance Breakdowns section, select Breakdown by Workspace.
2. Make selections for the Date Range and Hierarchy as needed. If these selections are made, click Filter Report to update the data columns.
3. View metrics such as Workspace State, Connection Dates, Change in Connections, Published Posts, Responses, Social Signals and more. For a complete list of all fields in this report and their context, click "here" in the top right corner of the report for the Data Dictionary. If prompted, enter the password HearsayDocs.
Note: The latest data available is that from the day before the current date and not real time data. All changes recorded until 0:00 UTC are loaded by 10:00AM UTC.
