Admins can run and review reports to measure and learn from their organization's social media activity. To access reports, follow the steps listed below or watch the video that follows.
Accessing Reports
1. From the Administration view, select Analyze > Reports.
2. You will see a series of reports under each of the headings: Content, Compliance, Enterprise Management, and Performance Breakdowns. A short description of the report is shown to the right of the report name. Click on the report name (Ex: Posts - All Data).
3. Make selections for the Date Range and Hierarchy as needed. If these selections are made, click Filter Report to update the data columns. If needed, click Download report to download report data to an XLS or CSV file.
4. View metrics for respective reports in the table. For a complete list of all fields in a report and their context, click "here" in the top right corner of the report for the Data Dictionary.
Note: You can also select the tabs at the top of the Reports page to view Custom Reports, Requested Reports, Scheduled Reports, and view the reports download history.
FAQ
Q: Why do I get an Internal Error when I run a report?
A: When running a report, an internal error may occur if the report is too large. Set a date range to limit the amount of data that is being aggregated when running the report. This will enable our system to effectively compute the data. If you still encounter this internal error, contact our Support team at support@hearsaysocial.com.
