Admins can generate reports to review their organization's use of Relate. Relate-focused reports, include the following:
- Text Messages - All Data: displays all text messages sent and received within a selected window of time.
- Text Messages - Response Times: displays the amount of time that occurs between a customer's text and the user's response.
- Text Messages - Attestation History Data: displays all relevant information pertaining to a user sending the Opt-In attestation text message to their customer.
Accessing Relate Text Messages Reports
1. From the Administration view, click Analyze > Reports.
2. Select the desired Text Messages report.
- Text Messages - All Data and Text Messages - Response Times are in the Content section
- Text Messages - Attestation History Data is in the Compliance section.
3. Within each report, you can filter by date range and/or hierarchy. Then click Filter Report to update the data.
4. Optional Click "here" in the top right corner of the report to access the Data Dictionary and enter the password "HearsayDocs" for a complete list of all fields and their context for each respective report.
