The Field Performance dashboard gives admins insight into how workspaces within their organization are growing their social network connections over time.
To access the Field Performance dashboard, follow the steps below.
How to Access the Field Performance Dashboard
1. From the Administration view, select Analyze > Dashboards. Then select Field Performance.
2. Select the date range and hierarchy as needed
Note: In the top right corner, click "here" to access the Data Dictionary for the dashboard. This will give you a detailed list of each field on the dashboard, their context, and sample metrics. If prompted, type the password "HearsayDocs".
3. View metrics for each field.
- Workspace Owner Name: represents the name of the individual who manages the workspace, usually the advisor or agent.
- Connections: represents the total sum number of connections the workspace has collected across its connected social networks.
- Change in Connection: represents the total sum number of new connections accrued recently by the workspace.
- Number of Social Publishes: represents the total number of content published from the workspace to its connected social networks.
- Number of Social Engagements: represents the total number of activities the workspace’s connected social networks have accrued by interacting with their connections, such as liking, commenting and sharing.
- Engagements per Social Publish: represents the average number of engagements that content published by the workspace receives, such as comments and likes.
- Number of Unique Contacts Engaged: represents the total number of individuals the workspace has interacted with online, but who are not yet a connection within the workspace’s social network, such as a new prospect.
