Field Engagement Dashboard

The Field Engagement dashboard gives admins insight into the type of activities end-users are engaging with in order to engage their network, prospects, and customers.

To access the Field Engagement dashboard, follow the steps below.

How to Access the Field Engagement Dashboard

1. From the Administration view, select Analyze > Dashboards. Then select Field Engagement.

2. Select the date range and hierarchy as needed.

Note: In the top right corner, click "here" to access the Data Dictionary for the dashboard. This will give you a detailed list of each field on the dashboard, their context, and sample metrics. If prompted, type the password "HearsayDocs".

 

3. Scroll through to view metrics.

  • User Activities: represents the total number of activities taken by your end-users in Yext, such as publishing content in Social, or text messages sent in Relate.
  • Content Engagements: represents the total number of activities taken by your end-users to engage directly with someone in their network, such as liking or commenting on another’s connection’s post.
  • Unique Contact Engaged: represents the total number of activities taken by your end-users to engage directly with a net-new prospect or customer, such as liking or commenting on this individual’s post.
  • User Activities Over Time: represents the total number of activities taken by your end-users over recent history.
  • Contact Engagements Over Time: represents the total number of activities taken by your end-users to engage directly with someone in their network over the course of recent history, such as liking or commenting on another’s connection’s post.
  • Unique Contacts Engaged Over Time: represents the total number of activities taken by your end-users to engage directly with a net-new prospect or customer over recent history, such as liking or commenting on this individual’s post.
  • User Activities by Type: represents the total number of social publishes, outbound messages or voice calls made by your end-users.
  • Contact Engagements By Type: represents the total number of social likes, comments, mentions, private messages, retweets, and inbound messages and voice calls generated by your end-users.
