The Overview and Adoption dashboard displays information such as how many users in your organization have joined Yext over time, how many social accounts are connected, how many workspaces were created and general engagement data for each.
1. From the Administration view, click Analyze > Dashboards > Overview & Adoption.
2. Select the date range and hierarchy as needed.
Note: In the top right corner, click "here" to access the Data Dictionary for the dashboard. This will give you a detailed list of each field on the dashboard, their context, and sample metrics. If prompted, type the password "HearsayDocs".
3. Review the metrics.
User Activities: Number of outbound social publishes, text messages, voice calls.
Contact Engagements: Number of inbound text messages, voice calls, comments, likes, mentions, private messages, shares, and retweets.
Unique Contacts Engaged: Number of unique contacts engaged.
User Activities Over Time: Daily number of outbound social publishes, text messages, and voice calls.
Contact Engagements Over Time: Daily number of inbound text messages, voice calls, comments, likes, mentions, private messages, shares, and retweets.
Unique Contacts Engaged Over Time: Daily number of unique contacts engaged.
