Learn more about dashboards and reports that will help you report on the ROI of your Yext program. The Analytics tab gives admins access to the following:
- On-demand Reporting: Pull the report you want, when you want it
- Report Previews: See a selection of data before downloading the full report
- Filters: Advanced filters allow applicable data to be viewed based on a variety of factors, such as:
- Date Range: Defaults to the last month and includes data for the selected date range
- Hierarchy: Defaults to top-most and includes data for the selected hierarchy
- Performance Reports: These take seconds to download instead of hours or days
- Export Capabilities: Reports can be downloaded on demand as PDFs and CSVs
- Data Dictionary: For a complete list of all fields in a dashboard or report and their context, click "here" in the top right corner of the selected dashboard or report. If prompted, enter the password HearsayDocs.
Reports and Dashboards is only available to Admins who have the necessary role permissions to view metrics. Admins are only able to see the data for their own hierarchy. Admins can assess program performance and uncover insights utilizing a new on-demand report as well as further enhancements to existing reports.

Q: What is the latency for these reports?
A: These reports have a 24-hour latency. In other words, on Monday you will see data that is current through the previous Saturday, two days before.
Q: Can I schedule these reports?
A: Please contact your CSM to explore scheduling reports and any associated costs. This experience is only available to Admins who have the necessary role permissions to view metrics. Admins will be able to see only data for the hierarchy they are situated in.
